Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after placement. Processing means preparing your items and handing them off to our shipping carrier. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched. Times may vary based on your location and shipping carrier performance. Here’s a general breakdown:

- 🇨🇦 Canada: 7–14 business days
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- 🌎 Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Address Accuracy & Order Changes
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses can lead to delays or order cancellations.
If we detect a possible address issue, you’ll receive an email from Ldyess@lucova.store within 3 business days to verify your details. If we don’t hear back, your order may be canceled.
Need to make a change? Email us within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee updates after this period.
Delivery Delays

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is handed to the carrier, it’s out of our hands. If your order is lost or stolen:

- We’ll assist by contacting the carrier and providing documentation
While Lucova is not liable for lost or stolen packages, we will always try to help resolve the situation. In some cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.
